Bad service from blue security.

I contacted Blue security on Thursday 17 March to get a quote for a security system plus cameras, the lady promised me that she will send a mail to their sales department until today 19 March I have not heard from anybody from Blue security. If their sales service is so bad I would hate to see what their armed response service.
