Dodge vehicle

I bought a Audi A3 (champaigne in colour), from Blue Route Auto in October 2019, after having the car for 1 week it had to go back for the 12V car adapter which was broken and the fuel cap which wasn’t opening. Then after another week, it had to go in because the gearbox had a malfunction and the car couldnt go into reverse so they towed it away and we decided to refund the whole deal, but after much investigation I found out that the vehicle had been in the mechanic for that exact reason so the job must have been a touch up job just before I got the vehicle.

After all this drama i am stuck with the cost of all cancellation fees for tracking devices etc, and Blue Route Auto refuse to cover it.
