Bought items the 28 of July 2019. Wore one of the shoes I bought once, one of the heels fell off.

Today just came from the store to show the shoe. I got nothing but help from them, was pointed on the mumber on the slip to call with my airtime and query to the owner.

Reached the manager only to get told thiers nothing she can do assist. They don't do refunds or exchanges. Mind you the slips says bring slip and item within7 days.

So disappointed never shoping there again. This store has the worst services ever.
