CONFUSSION

On 03/09/2018 at 11H48, I went to Blue room Hatfield to buy lunch, I was assisted by Jone who seemed tired, I even asked her, she said it's one of those days. I ordered lemon and herb full chicken, requested it to be cut into 8 pieces. She advised that the only sides available are pap and chips but when I entered I saw someone leaving with a garden salad. I requested a garden salad with the meat. As Monday there is always a special, I requested that the second chicken must be peri-peri. After 11 minutes I received my order but to my surprise, the chicken was not cut into 8 pieces as requested and both peri-peri and lemon and herb were mixed in one box. I asked her, she said that is the Blue room standard. On 20/08/2018 I ordered the same thing but it came from different boxes. So how is it possible whereas it is the same branch? Please assist further.
