Double payment, no refund

Last week Friday I ordered a meal for my friends via Mr. Delivery and made it for collection. If you’re a business that utilises Mr. Delivery’s services, you would be aware that if an order is placed for collection, the buyer pays Mr. Delivery and all that has to happen once the order is ready is for it to be collected. My problem with Blue Room CBD in Pretoria, is that they took advantage of the fact that my friends were not aware that it had been paid and therefore, they made them pay again upon collection. What infuriates me the most is that I have spoken to Obed, I don’t know whether he’s the manager or owner or what, but he told me to send him proof of my payment to Mr. Delivery, along with my order number, so that I could be refunded by them. I have not heard back from Obed in 2 days. It’s businesses such as these that take advantage of people and their hard earned money but couldn’t care less. Beware and mindful when you make a purchase with them. They will con you.
