Blue Rock Cable Waterski Resort

Absolutely Ridiculous. My partner and I made a booking online which was charged and was non refundable. When we arrived at the accommodation they did not have the room we had booked for us available. They offered us a dormitory room but we refused to take it. As it was getting late we thought OKAY we should suck it up and stay but when we got into the dormitory there were full of spiders and bugs on the beds and walls. The bedding was dirty and looked as if it wasn't washed in weeks. We decided not to stay and leave. We tried getting in touch with the people to let them know we are leaving but no one was available. The service as soon as we arrived was a absolute disaster, we ended up waiting for hours to even get assisted. We have not been reimbursed our money and Blue Rock REFUSES to reimburse us. I have been going back and forth since the 31st of December 2022 and have had enough as the ladies whom assisted us have been plain down rude and unhelpful. Absolutely disgusted at this. Up until now they refuse to assist us.
