Since Hello Peter follows a Ransomware business model, ie as a business owner I am unable right of reply unless I subscribe to their services, I am replying to Mr Raymond Grabe from the previous review. Mr Grabe, drilling is a tough business, the equipment endures a significant amount of wear and tear in the drilling process. We are drilling into the mantle of the earth. If it was that easy you would all be there with your *****s and spades doing the same. So I am sorry if my hydraulic pump failed and I was unable to make it today. I am sorry that the supplier does not keep stock of the item just on the very day we were meant to drill for you. I am sure if it he knew it was YOU there would have definitely been stock. So I am sorry that the universe disappointed you and that the planets did not align in your favour. Most of that call it life but I understand that in your mental distress (I know something happened to you because no human being speaks to another human being the way you spoke to me) you could not control your anger. It's OK, I understand and I forgive you. With regards to the deposit, it was paid by another person with whom I originally dealt with. A person that I drilled a boirehole for and who has an outstanding balance. The deposit will be app**** to the balance and whatever is left over will be refunded to the account of the person who paid the deposit. I didnt even know you existed until I heard you screaming down the phone. And pray dear sir, if there were a deposit to refund, how do you do a transaction without a bank account number. You have been so busy screaming at me, threatening me with social media and lawyers, a mere hour after the matter, that you have failed to provide bank account details so I can verify the accounts. There are a million and one ****mers out there, one cant just take the word of a screaming raving lunatic. But I understand Mr Grabe, life is hard and with the incredible pressure we are all under, it's easy to lose one's mind. I am genuinely sorry that you are having such a hard life.
