two toned bread

I bought a loaf of white blue ribbon bread, and to my surprise it had a mixture of brown and white slices in the middle. this is the second time . i forwarded my dissatisfaction with the product including photos to the supplier and the only thing they could say was sorry for the inconvenience. i feel that they supply rejected breads with poor quality to soweto stores as this is a second incidence from two different shops. since than i have not heard anything from the supplier such is customer services.
