Rusty dirty bread

Bought 2 loads of their bread and one loaf had something like rust or dirt on about 4 or so slices. I raised the matter with them as bread was bought on the 9/8/2023 and they came to fetch that sample and never came back. We had to throw away those slices. Am so disappointed at them for not even taking responsibility for their rusty bread. No wonder they always running a special on their products cause they know they are feeding people poison
