Premier Blue Ribbon Pretoria

What a poor service I got from Premier Blue Ribbon Pretoria.

The driver (Thabang)said he ordered for my shop twice but the order was not processed and that was last week Thursday, then I waited for the delivery on Friday nothing and Fridays are my busiest also nothing. On Saturday I tried to call my Sales Representative (Pakiso) his phone was on voicemail, I tried calling the call centre supervisor (Lesley) never answered his phone regardless of my numerous attempts, I also sent a WhatsApp voice note but nothing. Yesterday I tried calling a lady called Annah Masetloa she then apologised and said she will find out what has transpired but guess what I still have no order today on the 27th February and when I try to call my representative he has a nerve to tell me that I should be polite when talking to him and it’s fine even if I take my business elsewhere. WHAT A JOKE IT IS being supp**** bread by Blue Ribbon Pretoria and the arrogance of their Sales Representatives 😪
