Poor service

We engaged Blue-Ribbon kitchens and Cupboards (in Edenvale) to fit our kitchen. A 1 week job took over 2 months to complete. Two months later and 3 installers later, <br> <br> 1. after removing the skirting and the cupboard side panel, we still could not fit a standard size washing machine into the washing machine space<br> <br> 2. an opening the size of an eye level oven was left for a microwave. <br> <br> Its taken another 2 months for Blue-Ribbon to return to attend to the problems. When someone eventually came to make adjustments for the washing machine, for whatever reason they could not fit a panel that had been ordered to reduce the microwave space. We are still waiting for them to return to fit the panel.<br> <br> The service afforded to us has been unsatisfactory and unprofessional.<br> <br>
