********* experience with this agency. We viewed a property in Jhb on 19 & 20 Feb 22 which was listed at R3.299 million. We fell in love with the house and decided to put in an offer of R3.1 million. After informing the agent of our intended offer and filling out an offer to purchase, the listing price on their website and Property 24 changed to R3.5 million with the owner asking for 3.9 million. The agent excuses this by saying that the house was underpriced on the market to test the waters and the small font in the caption “owner asking 3.5 mil” on the first listing advert justifies this. Such a waste of time for us and so disappointing.
