Pathetic Service
<p>I just like to express the pathetic service I received from blue property sales agent Anita Nel.</p> <p> </p> <p>I purchased a property almost a year ago where Anita based in Sunninghill core shopping centre offices facilitated the deal for me. Anita as no sense of customer service from the onset i made it clear the property was purchased to be rented out. so I therefore asked her if she will be able to assist in finding me tenants and take care of any issues rathering the 12 months lease agreement as I didn't want any part of dealing with the tenants. She did agreed and assured me she will hand over all keys n remotes to the tenants which she failed to do so.</p> <p> </p> <p>After two months into the lease agreement the tenants failed to pay the rent which i informed her about and rep**** in saying she will deal with it. Weeks after waiting for a response I called her and she says she didn't have time to attend to it. So I therefore had to call the tenants myself. Months later I was having the same problem where the tenants were not paying. So I therefore asked Anita can she assist she then responded by saying if the tenants cannot afford to pay I cannot do anything and she doesn't have the time to run around and do my admin! I therefore questioned her attitude regarding the whole thing and she says she's having a bad day and apologizes speaking to me the way she did, really???</p> <p>This is a complete turnaround from the person who would do anything to sell a property and get a commission out of it. As a client this is pathetic service and shows Anita as no respect or sense of service or issuing her time to assist if there nothing in return for her. When I did mention to her that I will publish my dissatisfaction about her, her response was I don't care go ahead and cut the call.</p> <p>So my question to blue property group is this the reputation you guys want to sell to the public that once a sale is concluded and commission earned that you just ignore any queries after???</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
