No deposit refund and Terrible service

I have had the worst experience with this agency. I rented a property for 12 months and when I finally put in a notice to terminate my lease, I was given an excuse that my deposit is with the owner. Its been 4 months now and my deposit is still not paid. The agent Ben Laurox no longer responds to calls, emails or messages. Honestly terrible experience.
