Continuous Rudeness & Worst Service

This has been my worst experience by far. Unprofessionalism at its worst. No communication s****s. Screaming at you when they get defensive about issues they have not resolved. I had upon lies, promises upon promises told. I was being forced to take an apartment a day before lockdown, but declined. The apartment was dirty and in seriously in need of maintenance. I moved in 2 months after lockdown. I received the keys by the owner on the last day of month, and in the evening. I was promised that I would receive the keys on 29 May 20, as it was the weekend, and perfect time to move in. The agent reported that the apartment was standing empty for 2 months of lockdown, only to find out that the owner was entertaining a female in the apartment, which caused me to receive the keys so late. I was living in unsanitary conditions. The toilet was leaking and blocked. It took 1.5 months to resolve. I had an issue with lack of hot water. This was only resolved 1.5 months later. We're in winter and they had no care in the world to assist in any way. They lacked humanity. The contract has edits made to it that I did not agree to. Additions were added that I was not consulted with. My initials are not on a page that was changed by the agent. Almost 2 months living in this apartment, and there are still so many maintenance issues not attended to. I have been screamed at over the phone. I've been sent nasty messages, and been name called, all due to me requesting the maintenance issues to be resolved. I got sick by using a leaking, blocked toilet. Emails and calls don't get taken or responded to. This is the worst service I experienced in my life. Legal action is currently being taken. Kindness, humility, and good service is something the organisation and agent lacks
