Agents Refusing to Refund my Rental and Electricity Deposits

I rented an apartment at Chianti Lifestyle Estate and finished my 12 months lease. It's time to pay back my rental and electricity deposit and the agents Barry McKintosh and Ben Le Roux refuse to refund my deposits. At first they claimed that I had terminated early, when I sent them a signed copy of the lease, they then claimed to not know where my deposit was on their system (and that it had been deposited to the owner). Then Ben promised that I would have my deposit no later than 1 March. I still don't have my deposit. They are now trying to find any and every excuse under the lease to not pay back my deposits and interest. They are very unprofessional, full of nonsense excuses, no sense of good customer care and are very disorganised.
