Disappointed with the service

<p>I was initially ok with their service as I called them for a pool pump problem (in may 2018). They said mine was beyond repair and invoiced me for a new 1.5kw pump which they allegedly installed. I had more problems in december so I called them again and they were unable to help (holiday season, "shame man we can't do anything before 2019...") Because I needed that pool for the season I used another contractor. They made me realise two things: 1. the pump was not a 1.5kw but a 0.75... 2. it looked like a reconditionned second hand pump with clear traces of spray paint. It got me suspicious and it actually looks like what they initially did was reconditionned my old pump. I've written emails and tried phoning them for 2 weeks now, with no luck. The invoice even mentioned a 1 year warranty...</p>
