Charge to come out (payable in advance), then bad mouth the manufacturers of the machinery you have and tell you it needs to be replaced without any proper inspection. Eventually called in another contractor who came out, fixed the problem and charged less than their "call-out" fee. When you try call them to get a refund, they keep rejecting the call when they recognise your number. If you try calling from a private number, they rudely cut the call. AVOID THE STRESS OF DEALING WIH THESE GUYS. Try find reputable contractors.
