GOOD PRODUCT, TERRIBLE AFTER SALES SERVICE

We are mostly very happy with the product supp**** by Blue Planet. They are very keen upfront and helpful in getting the product installed. We moved from Knysna to Heidelberg last year. As we had an existing system installed by Blue Planet, that we were taking with, us they arranged to install it, plus an upgrade, in our new home in Heidelberg, Western Cape. My complaint is on their after sales service. We have still not received a COC for the installation done just over 10 months ago. Despite numerous emails and requests for this we are ignored. We live now with an insurance risk due to Blue Planet's unwillingness to provide a MADATORY COC. Richard, as owner, we are hopeful that you will resolve this for us asap.
