Excellent customer service over the weekend
Blue Planet Power installed our 12 panels, two inverters and two batteries two years ago. On Saturday afternoon all electricity suddenly went from our house. Despite the issue lying with our main electrical box and not our solar system, Richard ***ner) personally came to the rescue. As a qualified electrician he immediately knew what the problem was and one of his team members came from a private event to deliver a fuse for our main DB board. This is excellent customer service especially as it was over the weekend. Thank you!
