Bad bad servive from Blue Planet Power knysna
I have had the worst possible experience with this company they started out being obliging..my batteries of my inverter had tired after 3 year , so were delivering 1 and half 2hour instead of 8 hour .Blue Planet said i could get less than old of 8 hrs , they led me to believe i dgetT least afew hours ..alas ...i getNIo.Notjing .HING.No thing.if there there isloadshedding ...i use no power ..andthe batteriesdo not charge...ihave foned in to this compnyy 3x times , ihave been twice into thei roffice to report my dissatisfaction ..i have received such blatently agressive response from you , Blue Planet Power,..end of day .my inverter does not work , ssa result of defective R3600 batteries u installed ..will you make it right ??i need power , you were suppos ed to supply , you batteries ard dud .please stop your aggression to me just please refund me or make right your service to me sincerel y .thanking you in advance
I have tried to call you. I also came past your work and left messages for you to please call me or come see me. The batteries you bought from us have been damaged because your inverter has overcharged them, Unfortunately the Supplier cannot warrant them for this type of damage. If you contact me I would like to work something out for you on a replacement inverter & batteries.
