Courier - foreigner ****s

I received a random call from "Customs Officer David Jacobs" who works at Blue Phantom Couriers based in Bloemfontein. He calls from the following different phone numbers, +***5, +***3, +***9 and +***5. He claims that I sent a package from Bloemfontein (That is in another Province) to India that contains ******* items that will cause me to go to jail for life, He says that it contains passports and bank cards and 140g of some form of medical drug. I told him that I do not live in that province and that he has my information like my ID and name but that means nothings as he can't give more info. He then Tells me that I must go to Bloemfontein police station to go testify that I didn't sent the parcel. I didn't entertain him further as his accent was not that great and he sounded like a black foreigner. They refused to give their business details and they say they don't email so i could not get any info from them.
