Useless service and *********** staff

My partner and I were staying at the Hotel for our 5 year anniversary, we decided to grasp a bite to eat for lunch downstairs, at 11:48 we were told they only serve pizzas at 12 and that we would have to wait, after that the restaurant got so busy the staff wanted to seat another couple right next to us at our 4 seater table, we then moved inside and had no waiter, after waiting 30 min for a new one a lady came and took our food order, she then disappeared for 35 min, we could see our pizza sitting on the counter for this entire time, eventually she came back and we watched her ask the person making the pizza to re-heat our pizza, she then brought the pizza to our table and we started eating, the pizza was like uncooked dough! Even after being in the oven twice it was still not cooked through!!! She then did not return to the table to find out if the food was ok or if we needed anything else. During this time the manager there (young coloured man) looked at us twice on different occasions and chose to ignore all signs! My boyfriend eventually found the waitress and asked her for the bill, while paying with the card machine she was chatting and laughing to her friends!!!
