Quick, kind and helpful

We went as a family to enjoy their buffet. After our breakfast our 3 year old dissapeared while we were getting ready to leave. All the hotel staff got involved and manned a search party. When she was found, I had a little cry and the manager instantly had a glass of water ready and gave us privacy to regain composure.<br> Appreciated the quick response, the helpfulness and the kindness.<br> The breakfast was also delicious.
