Most disappointing stay in SA

Most disappointing stay in SA hotel ever! We paid the full price, but was downgraded to a non-sea-view room due to renovations to the rooms - which we accepted. As we booked in the bar and dining room were also under construction - the whole hotel a DUST DUMP! Then the VERY LIMITED breakfast served after 30 minutes - a very big bowl of fruit and yogurt enough for 2 3 people and overcooked food. SERVED TOGETHER! We requested them to bring the fruit first. To no avail! ! Eggs not done as requested! And if a say very limited, you could choose between 3 boring items en not even that were prepared on standard. Sorry to say, the Blue Peter can charge 5 star rates and pretend, but they have lost their flair and is at best a 2 star very unpleasant and unprofessional establishment
