Failure to communicate a query with paying guest

We had a lovely stay at the Blue Peter Hotel with views across at Table Mountain, food was good and staff friendly.<br> Unfortunately in our rush to leave for the airport we paid the outstanding balance for drinks and meals checked bill and found we had been charged for 3 extra meals that we did not have.<br> We have been in touch with the hotel via phone calls and emails and they have failed to help clear up this discrepancy, so we have no choice to warn future guests to make sure they check their bills.<br> a very sad end to what was a good stay.
