As a company we booked two consultants in at this hotel guest was very happy with the hotel, very clean very tidy, however the restaurant does not perform to a 5 star status. Ordered a Steak medium rare and end up getting a dead dry piece of meat, waitress apologized but nowhere any manager approached me to discuss the compliant very unprofessional and no care attitude.
