Bad customer service

I went to buy 3 fish and chips combos at Blue ocean fisheries for 3 different people. I first paid a R100 for 2 combos and when i was about to pay with the card for the 3rd combo the cashier told me they only take cash, I then gave him the R50 to pay for the 3rd one and i did not get the receipt. I then left to draw the R50 and came back to wait for my order. when the order came they gave me 1 combo and i was confused and the guy said to me i gave him only R50 and how could i want 3 combos for R50. The other customer suggested that the cashier check on the footage and he said i must do it myself. When the customer tried to do it by himself, he actually found out the camera can only playback only 5 minutes back and in that manner i lost.
