Under promising service received!

I would not recommend this venue to anyone. What they advertise is not what you get - everything lands up with a price tag. Service was absolutely shocking 1 waiter for a whole function, we had to constantly keep running after them to get what we wanted and when we ask we get Sarcastic responses. When you requested from the waiter to start taking peoples drinks the response is no we can’t as people are not going to eat the lunch.

Then owners seem to feel that what them seem to offer is the best service and they never wrong. As well as they were far from being covid complaint not one single waiter or manger wore a mask when coming into our function.
