Bad customer service

Our work team building was held at this place on the 5th of December 2020The decor was horrible, the food was extremely horrible. Breakfast was only rolls with vegetables, no full English breakfast was offered. Lunch was the worst, the food wasn't cooked properly, rice was undercooked it was hard and still raw. The vegetables were under cooked as well, we were offered wings and wors and to my surprise the instruction was one wing per person. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I would never go there. No effort was made and the service was extremely bad, we were taken for granted and the owners didn't see anything wrong with their service delivery. This is a no go lodge, stay away from it to avoid disappointments.
