Misleading & Deceiving Estate Agent

I was decieved and mislead by Funeka Herm**** on a proerty i was interested in in Midrand. on the 1st of Nov i signed a offer to purchase for a propoerty in Terrace View to which he informed me there is an existing offer on it but the deal was not looking good & the offer is exipring on the 6th Nov, can only give me my offer after the 6th. Fri the 6th came with no word from Funeka, the next day i made a follow up with him only to be told a 1 week extension was granted for that other guy to find bond. At this point he raised my hopes telling not to worry. A week pass again no word from Funeka, he never at any point gave me feedback as to what's happening, I was the one chasing him around for feedback. so I phoned him sat 14th Nov, he told me he'll give me my offer to purchase on mon the 16th Nov. Yesterday came, the whole morning no word from him until i decided to phone him lunch time, he told me he'll come back to me by 15h00 so i waited. shortly after 15h00 he sent me a regret email telling the property is nolonger available, he didn't even have the decency to phone. He toyed & played me for 2 weeks with his lies & deceive. I'm back to square 1 that he told not to worry about.
