Terrible Service

<p>I have been expecting the delivery of my parcel and had a flight on the same day of delivery in the late evening JHB-> CPT. I had to wait since 3pm for delivery of my parcel, which they stated it would arrive before 5pm. Bare in mind that this parcel is vital for my trip out of town and I stated to them that urgency is needed as my flight will be at 20:30. I've just been given the run around as to what time my parcel will arrive, each ETA becomes the subsequent ETA; Lie after lie. I have incurred more traveling expenses as I had to change my flight times at the 11th hour due to their lack of professionalism, truthfulness and incompetence. I had to keep calling until 20:15 and still no delivery and at 20:15 I get told my parcel will not be delivered and will only arrive in the next 72 hours (please bare in mind they did not even call me this whole time to give me feedback I had to keep tabs on them as if they doing me a favor). This is the worst courier service I have ever had to deal with. The lack of professionalism is appalling as one lie changed to the another lie. I will definitely never use this service again (not that I chose them they are contracted with my insurance) nor will I ever recommend it to any other person. </p>
