Promises and Excuses

I had a pool fitted by Blue Lagoon pools and after 10 months the coblings around the pool started to crack and lift I personally went there in September and spoke to Leslie he said a pool inspection will be done, I was then called by John Bell the Sales person who assured me they will do the inspection and the necessary repairs. Its been over a month e-mail after e-mail and only excuses and passing the buck .
