I used Blue Lagoon Pool & Garden centre because of their convenient location on Lynwood Road in Pretoria. I definitely would not recommend using this company. Never show up on as per arranged date/time. They also grossly overcharge for their parts/service (on one occasion inflated the price of a replacement part by around 20x the actual cost and another double). Worst is they did not actually fix the main problem experienced.

10 Jun 2019, 13:58According to our records, a multi-port valve was replaced for R 434.21 plus a call out fee and labour of R 450.00. These are very competitive prices.The main problem was a leaking valve, which was fixed.
