Beware of Blue Lagoon Pools
Absolutely horrific service. Blue Lagoon installed our new pool and I regretted using them ever since. Brand new pool pump lasted less than 12 months. Spa has never worked one day since being installed. After numerous calls and visits to their premises, they have not bothered once to come out to fix their mess.

21 Apr 2021, 12:41This pool was completed just before Covid lockdown. During the lockdown he asked for assistance to use his spa. We gave instructions via Whatsapp. After lockdown we have been trying to contact him on numerous occations to follow up. He is still not taking our calls/WhattsApp or e-mail. ???????
