Absolutely pathetic service

Service is absolutely terrible. When you sit downstairs the waiter can’t even go check if there is a table available upstairs on the deck and you can’t order a basket to share if you sit downstairs. We can’t sit more than 4 people at our table leaving our parents to sit alone at a different table even though there are many tables in the restaurant with more than 4 people sitting at the same table. Which is absolutely pathetic. Looks to me the rules only apply to certain people and not everyone. And how pathetic is it that you can’t order a basket because it is from upstairs even though it is from the same restaurant. I am very displeased.
