I have been trying to load a prepaid Unipin voucher for almost 9 hours now! I haven't received my pin to load electricity! if you go to [URL Removed] , they boast about a 24 hour call center (Cigicell), the only way to contact them is to send a sms WHICH IS USELESS!! and log a query via email or the website! THERE IS NO NUMBER TO CALL FOR SUPPORT! Unacceptable! Electricity is already ridiculously expensive, now I have to spend MORE money to find out what the problem is?!!? - YOU DON'T PROVIDE ANY FEEDBACK WHATSOEVER! An sms to 43471 was sent twice but nothing I keep being charged via this ussd too I need my airtime back please poor service.
