CigiCell takes money, no pin sent, no recourse

I sms'ed Cigicell for 3 separate lots of airtime on 1 Oct 2015. I received pin numbers for 2 of the airtime requests. The third one for R110, I got a message that I had exceeded my limit for the week. However they deducted R110 off my bank account. I have emailed and phoned, I even got a reference number = 703774.<br> So far no response from Cigicell, Their mailbox is full if one tries to leave a message, they don't respond to emails. I dealt with a lady from Blue Label who gave me the 'reference number.
