Bad services and ***********

Good afternoon

My name is Ann I have a bad experience with Blue label distribution as I am their customer on Friday 27 May 2022 I deposited money at Absa unfortunately it did go through but the ATM didn't give deposit slip and went inside to report Absa told me to wait till Monday I did . On Monday morning absa sent me proof of journal they wrote to credit Blue label I sent them that journal they said it will only show on Tuesday I follow up with them on Tuesday they said it's not yet through because its journal still now as I'm writing nothing when I check it's not yet there I'm dissappointed with their service they dont value me as their customer I prefer to take my business somewhere else because it shows that the dont care about their customer. I have a business to run but they are holding my money
