Bad service

<p>On 10/7/2015 my client deposited R2600.00 at an Absa account,unfortuntely his money was retained by the atm (R2600.00).I personally contacted our ATM department to fix the matter.They credited the wrong acc: ********** 890 ,i then contacted Blue Lbel to credit the correct acc: ********** 665 but up to today my client is not yet credited.I m being told that the matter has been escalated but nothing is happening.My reference for the call with Blue Label is 889007.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
