******** distribution of personal information and stopped responding to emails

I have tried to contact and resolve the matter with the company, however after ditching important questions and later failing to respond, I have no other option but to place a review here in the hopes of receiving answers to my questions.

I received a marketing call from HomeChoice, who purchased my information from BLDS. I have no idea where BLDS got my information from. In their email they stated they acquired my information as part of the acquisition of QMG Investments, because they took ownership of QMG Investments customer database. I have never been a customer of QMG Investments.

BLDS informed me that they removed my information from their database and the database of HomeChoice, however the following questions remained unanswered BLDS: 1. Where they (BLDS) got my information, since I have never been a customer of QMG Investments 2. Under what authority they sold my information 3. To what other companies they sold my information

By failing to answer these questions, they seem to place responsibility back on the consumer by recommending registration with DMASA.

I was in contact with Mark Hinnings from BLDS, who stopped responding to my emails when I demanded answers to the abovementioned questions. I would appreciate a response. Thank you.
