POPI Act Breach
I Got Contacted by MiWay Insurance.
I did not provide this company with my details nor am I interested in services from MiWay.
Where did Blue Label obtain my information? Did Blue Label pay for my information? how many companies/persons did they distribute this to? Is blue label charging companies for my data?
I Called them with the receptionist answering after 10 minutes and then not really knowing who to transfer me to. eventually she put me through to a mobile number that just kept ringing.
I think its fair to say I have a foot to stand on legally?
