Personal Information Distributed without my consent!

Why is Blue Label Data Solutions in possession of my personal information and who gave this company the right to sell my personal information?! I am getting multiple calls from companies trying to sell me products/service and they informed me that Blue Label Data Solutions provided my personal details to them. This should be investigated as this cannot be legal! I want all my personal information removed from this company's databases immediately!
