In response to your complaint received by BLDS dated 07th January 2021 regarding contact that has been made with you.

By way of explanation, Blue Label Data Solutions (Pty) Limited (BLDS) is contracted by our clients to assist with analysing individual’s data for purposes of direct marketing. As a DMASA member, BLDS updates its internal do not contact list monthly with the DMASA Opt Out Register and all our records are updated accordingly so that opted out persons are not contacted.
In order to ensure that other parties do not contact you, we encourage you to also register to opt out on www.nationaloptout.org with all relevant Opt-out channels completed, this will assist you to opt out globally from all companies affiliated with the DMASA.
We confirm that your information was supressed with immediate effect on the BLDS database in order to prevent any future commercial contact with you emanating from BLDS.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
