A rating of 0 is suffice. I received the house dirty with flees under the wooden floor blocks. The walls had sticky stuff on, the kitchen cupboard knobs was black and after scouring, we realized it was silver and copper. It cost me about R2500 in cleaning and fumegating aids as well as extra for my **** to get the house in a livable state! Only a week after I moved in, an inspection was done by the owner of Blue Knight Estate. We had a discussion on the dirty state and the walls, as well as the maintenance, the house owner wanted to sell, but was unhappy with the market prices and did no maintenance. He said he does not want to be bothered. I fixed and replaced a lot of stuff....toilet, shower, laundry door, washing line, back door lock, cupboard knobs, etc. and left the house vacuumed, the cupboards clean and removed all the ******* out of the yard with skippy bins that they left there after the wall needed to be rebuilt thrice. All of this amounted to about R7500. Instead of paying back my deposit after the municipality bill was deducted, they charged me for the bin that is being ****** every time and R3980 bill for cleaning services. They received the house cleaner and in a better state than how I received the house when I moved in. I even had to pay for the gate motor which the guy who installed it, wanted to remove when I moved in and this also happened on the Blue Knight Owner's watch. They are the worst I have ever dealt with, no back bone and as fickle as you can get! STAY AWAY!!!!!
