I wish I could give negative stars, this person should be given a ******** record. Blue-Island is not worth your money! Don't be fooled by the fancy website (https://blue-island.co.za/). Very unprofessional (and an hour late) and I was unable to confirm whether or not he was in actual fact from Blue-Island, no uniform or branding on his (Brandon) personal beat up vehicle. Insists for a cash-send to what sounds like his personal bank account, after paying the call out fee in cash. Demands cash-send ASAP and he was reluctant in providing me with an invoice detailing the services to be performed. I assume he would have drawn up an invoice in his car on a notepad after I demanded one. What was meant to be a simple re-gas turned into another story of oil travelling up into the filter and causing damage due to not re-gassing in time. Unfortunately I do not have the expertise to confirm this, but this sounded all too rehe****d. Eventually we sent Brandon away paying him only for the call out, too many red flags, but he only left after a few threats and cutting a cable that now also needs to be fixed.
