Blue Ice - bad appliance repair

We contacted them to repair the LG fridge. They sent guys from Blue Ice Appliance (Mike ), who charged us R2000 + call out fee and after coming 3 times to resolve same symptoms, now they are "searching" for different parts and our fridge is not working for days. They gave 6 months guarantee, but obviously not applicable!
