Bad Pool service and Construction by Blue Haven Pools

This is a stern warning to all in the East Rand area!! Do not use this Company to build a Pool for you. The owner - Jan - started of very well, but it later on turned out bad. Our pipe burst of the Solar panel and all the water went into our roof and then into our bedroom. He claimed it was our water pipe of which I showed him proof that our room that got wet is not having any water pipes. We had to repaint the room, and buy a new ceiling fan. My opinion is that he did not check at that time that his workers did do the work correctly. Then we had a issue with the marbalite. The surface of the màrblelite in the swimming pool is rough. When you swim long enough in the swimming pool your feet get tender due to the marbelite not being smooth. The steps at the swimming pool was an issue. The second step was built too high ...so when you climb into the swimming pool you literally fall into the swimming pool. The first step was redone twice. Now after the last time it is showing cracks.

The first time the step showed cracks he place putty (Yes putty) into the cracks . Dum as we are as clients believed him. Well ..after many calls, messages and complaints he did redo the step only to get more cracks.

Then the paving's grouting was redone TWICE, but is still sitting with grouting coming out inbetween the tiles around the swimming pool. Take note that the swimming pool was only completed in November 2020. I dont think as a client on should sit with problems in this short period of time after completion. Its sad that problems are reported to this Company if one can call it a company but they are not taking responsibility for their mistakes. Worst is when you are calling him on Monday 8 March 2021 to indicated that the pool is having cracks and then he swears at you and put the phone down in your ear. Well I think then it deems fit to say that one will take the matter further legally and make sure that your rights as a client is not infringed upon. Again....warrning to all DONT use his services as you will get unnecessary stress and someone that can not handle conflict in a proffessional way.
