VERY VERY BAD SERVICE AND ATTITUDE

I have app**** for a loan through Blue Trust Financial Services. I have been promised my money will be in my account 15 minutes after a signed agreement has been sent through. There after i was advised to make a payment towards Legal Fees which was not advertised on their website. I made the payment they requested and a week later my money is still not in my account. Everytime i follow up there is some kind of excuse. Apparantly the money is being transferred from the UK. I was advised the transfer was done on Saturday on Monday morning i was called a **** that i did not pay the money and she will advise Mark Johnson to stop the Transfer.
