Credit report not updated

I had a loan with Blue Financial Services. I have settled the outstanding amount in June 2017 already, but until now, have not received a paid up letter, and my credit profile has also not been updated. I also cannot find a contact email address on the internet to contact them. This is unacceptable as the account has been settled a long time ago.
